These Terms govern your use of the FotoShoot mobile app and related services operated by Pavan Bajwa, trading as FotoShoot / FotoShoot Labs (“FotoShoot”, “we”, “us”). By using FotoShoot you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

FotoShoot is a daily global photography contest. Features may include daily challenges, photo submissions, blind voting, winners feeds, learning content, points, and leaderboards. Free “Casual” and “Advanced” lanes may include advertising. “Pro” is a paid subscription that may unlock exclusive challenges, tip submissions, ad-free use, and access described in the app.
Features may change. Marketplace / gigs and other Phase 2 ideas are not part of the current service unless explicitly offered.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country (and at least 13).
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant FotoShoot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (including challenges, voting, feeds, and promotion of the app).
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload your content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights (including privacy and publicity).
You must not: upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content; harass others; cheat, manipulate votes or leaderboards; attempt to break or overload the service; scrape or misuse APIs; or use FotoShoot for spam or fraud. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices (including approximately US$4.99/month or US$39.99/year, or local equivalents) and benefits are shown in the store and app. Renewals and cancellations are managed in Google Play. Free tiers may show third-party ads (e.g. AdMob).
Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by Google Play policy or applicable law.
FotoShoot’s branding, software, and challenge materials (excluding your user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
FotoShoot is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific rankings, or competition outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotoShoot and Pavan Bajwa are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$50.
You may stop using FotoShoot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive (licence to content already used for operations, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
